Description
MARKET RESEARCH � Berry Compliant Yeast, Baker�s, instant, active, dry, granular Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support, Strategic Material Sourcing Group (SMSG) is conducting market research to identify Unites States manufactures of Yeast, Baker�s, instant, active, dry, granular that meets all Berry Amendment requirements. The required package size should be 1 lb. or 2 lb. vacuum packs. Please respond to the following questions: Provide a brief description of your company (name, address, Point of Contact email, type of business; business size, CAGE Code if applicable, country of origin). Please provide a listing of the types of yeast products that you produce and include a technical data sheet which lists the specifications of your products. Please describe the origin of the ingredients included in your yeast products, as well as the location of your facilities where the yeast is manufactured or processed. We thank you in advance for your participation. Your responses, questions, or concerns regarding this Market Research effort are requested to be received by the close of business on May 29th, 2026.
