Description
Purpose and background: This Sources Sought is issued in accordance with DFARS PGI 206.303-2 to identify potential sources capable of supporting the acquisition of Virtual Reality (VR) based goggles (estimated quantity 50), training programs and resources and provide all the tools, materials, and equipment to scale a standalone training platform. VR training will address training that supports and reinforces the core tenants of the Army�s Ask, Care, Escort suicide prevention program within the Pennsylvania Army National Guard (PAARNG). The VR resource must provide immersive simulations to improve knowledge retention and dedicated training time throughout the PAARNG. The contractor will also collaborate with PAARNG stakeholders to collect and deliver data analytics following training sessions, provide access to training scenarios, and updates to scenario library. Request Capabilities: The Government seeks to identify contractors with demonstrated experience in training in a Virtual Reality environment. Interested parties are encouraged to possess relevant DoW/Army contract experience, appropriate security clearances, and the technical capacity to support enterprise-level facility control system implementations across multiple installations. Although not required to respond. Submission Requirements: Interested contractors should submit capability statements (maximum 5 pages) that include company information with CAGE code and socioeconomic status, relevant past performance examples from the last 5 years, technical approach for delivering virtual reality training, rough order of magnitude cost estimates, and key personnel qualifications. Responses should demonstrate experience with similar scope projects and include customer references for comparable implementations. SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND CONTACT: All capability statements must be received by 11:00 AM EST on Wednesday 4 February 2026. Submit responses in PDF format to POC at email.
