Description

This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Mission Support Battalion, 185 9th Cavalry Regiment Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121 intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award to the WCP/Fern Exposition Services, LLC to provide rental of carpeting, carpet padding, furniture, accessories and material handling services at SkillsUSA TECHSP 2026 Conference at Georgia World Congress Center, 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30313 between 01 June 2026 through 04 June 2026. This sole source award to the WCP/Fern Exposition Services, LLC is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028). This sole source is authorized under FAR(FAR) 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028)� only one source is available valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with FAR 5.101 (DFARS CD 2026-O0003), Methods of disseminating information.
