Description
Absorbance spectrometer for 240-740nm. Require full spectrum capture less than 1 second per well. Spectral resolution should be 1,2,5 or 10 nm with accuracy less than 1% at 2 OD. Must have a full plate autofocus. Must come with absorbance spectrometer, luminescence and incubation. Must include bottom reading capacity and filter set. Sensors should automatically detect when a filter is installed and which filter it is. Require changeable dichroic mirrors and tunable UV/vis absorbance with spectrometer with instant spectra collection from 220 to 1000nm. Must have automated reagent injection and heater with variable speed magnetic stirrer for reagents. Must come with a laptop computer, control software, cords, installation/training. Spectrometer needs to have one-year warranty and bid must include shipping and handling.
