Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services in accordance with FAR 5.2 � Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions, FAR part 13/13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with additional information included in this synopsis. This solicitation is issued as a Request of Quotes (RFQ). The National Audiovisual Conservation Center (NAVCC) of the Library of Congress (Library) requires the acquisition of two Davinci Resolve hardware workstations to replace the two aging Davinci Resolve workstations in the film lab. The resulting contract shall be firm-fixed-price (FFP). Please see attached solicitation document for further information. All proposals shall be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer James Robinson, jarobinson@loc.gov and the Contract Specialist Jacqueline Miller, jacmiller@loc.gov no later than 15:00 PM EST on March 6, 2026.
