SITE VISIT DATE: Monday, 04 May 2026 @ 9:00am EST. LOCATION: 1 Buffington St. Watervliet, NY 12189 (Watervliet Arsenal) FOR ACCESS INTO THE FRONT GATE PLEASE CONTACT Marc Kouffman, (518)266-4849, marc.s.kouffman.civ@army.mil WITH NAME(S) AND COMPANY REPRESENTED AT LEAST A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF SITE VISIT. MEETING POINT IS THE FRONT GATE PARKING AREA JUST INSIDE THE MAIN ENTRANCE. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY TO ALLOW TIME GETTING THROUGH THE GATE PROCESSING THROUGH THE VISITOR'S CENTER.
