Description
Amendments 0001 and 0002 are in attachments below. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the KO at katie.e.paben.civ@army.mil and the CS at samara.e.johnson.civ@army.mil by 2:00PM Eastern Time on May 27, 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9124D26RA041 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for non-personal services for the United States Army Human Resources Command (HRC) Transition Assistance Program (TAP). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for 8(a) Small Business Administration (SBA) participants. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
