Project Solicitation Number: FA813726-R-0011 Project Title: WWYK250088 � REPAIR INTERIOR WALLS, B8400 Project Location: Tinker AFB - B8400 The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair of the interior masonry wall damage, drywall, and roof decking at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation � Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB � MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated, and the date/time/location will be posted on SAM.Gov. Initial Site Visit is set for Monday February 23rd, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central time. The location instructions and directions are in the attachments (Initial Site Visit).
