Description
Amendment 0001 Posted on 01/23/2026 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445526Q0005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for White Mountain National Forest Saco RD Electric Panel. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The small business size standard is $19 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. See �Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions� for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. A site visit for both sites is scheduled on Thursday January 29, 2026. -The Conway, NH site visit will be at 9:00 AM EST at 33 Kancamagus Hwy, Conway, NH 03818. This site visit will be hosted by Michelle Hanson. michelle.hanson@usda.gov -The Campton, NH site visit will be at 1:00 PM EST at 71 White Mountain Dr. Campton, NH 03223 and will be hosted by Leah Jackman.
