Description

The master planning and real property services requirement is necessary to develop and maintain master planning documents, DD1391 programming documents, and related documented analyses for Military Construction (MILCON) and other facility development and facility management needs by DoD components. Deliverables are created, maintained, and transmitted using automated systems and include planning charrettes, facility utilization studies, land use and land requirements analyses, real property management, area development plans, geospatial products, as well as energy studies.
