Sources Sought Notice Notice ID: GUARNG_CFMO_PN140062 Project Title: National Guard Readiness Center Alteration, Guam Army National Guard Barrigada Complex, Barrigada, Guam, Project Number 140062Solicitation Number: To Be Determined Agency: United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Guam, Guam Army National Guard Location: Guam Army National Guard, Barrigada Readiness Center, 430 Army Drive, Barrigada, Guam 96913 NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This industry comprises establishments primarily responsible for the construction (including new work, additions, alterations, maintenance, and repairs) of commercial and institutional buildings. Product Service Code: Z2AZ - Repair or Alteration of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings Description: This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research and planning purposes. The USPFO for Guam, Purchasing and Contracting Division, is conducting a market survey to determine if there is a reasonable number of quali?ed small business concerns capable of performing the following construction requirement. Project: To construct a 10,300 SQFT National Guard Readiness Center Alteration that supports the administrative, logistical and training requirements of the Guam Army National Guard. This project will repurpose an existing Readiness Center Facility to be used by the Medical Detachment and HCo. Construction Delivery Method: Design-Build Description of Proposed Construction: A non-standard design National Guard Readiness Center Alteration of permanent construction. The National Guard Readiness Center Alteration includes the following items that are integral to the facility; Organizational Vehicle Parking (Paved), Cybersecurity, MEC Oversight during construction and Post Construction Award Services (PACS). Comprehensive interior design services are requested. This facility will be designed to meet Industry Standards as well as all local, State, and Federal building codes and as per 42 U.S. Code 4154. Construction will include all utility services, information systems, fire detection and alarm systems, roads, walks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, parking areas, and site improvements. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 50 years in accordance with DoDs Unified Facilities Code (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance as per ASA(IEE) Sustainable Design and Development Policy Update Dec 2017. Access for individuals with disabilities will be provided. Antiterrorism measures in accordance with the DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for building standards will be provided.
