MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER (MATOC) TO PERFORM POST WIDE CONSTRUCTION TO VARIOUS GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATIONS OF THE ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, MD Requirements Solicitation is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform post wide construction as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. All work should be in accordance with the Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions contained herein this solicitation package. This acquisition is being issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. NAICS 236220 and Size Standards of $45M. The proposed requirement is for a Multiple Award, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements-Type Construction Contract. A five (5) year base and a six(6) month extension is antecipated. If you have questions, please send them no later than 10:00am on 28 January 2026 and the solicitation is due on 10:00am on 17 February 2026. Updates as follows: 01/20/2026 - Added a past performance questionnary. 02/10/2026 - Please keep tracking SAM.gov for updates. The Government is currently working on the RFI responses. An additional 10 days was extended and the new RFP due date is 27 February 2026. The government is working on the amendment. DOD Safe is inactive for proposals submittals and the Government is working on alternative ways for contractors to submit proposals. 02/18/2026 - Please keep tracking SAM.gov for updates. A new RFP due date to 3 March 2026 is to allow the Government continuing work on the RFI responses and in the amendment. DOD Safe is inactive for proposals submittals and the Government is working on alternative ways for contractors to submit proposals. Site visit will be schedule for potential offerors only. More details to follow. 02/25/2026 and 03/02/2026 - Site visit notice and a visit map is in the attachment. If you wish to participate please send an email to deborac.c.cardosothelen.civ@army.mil and barbara.d.cousins.civ@army.mil by 3 March 2026 with a note if the participant requires a visitor pass. The Government is extending the RFP due date to 19 March 2026. The Government is stilll working on the amendment and RFI answers to provide the most accurate answers. Please keep tracking SAM.Gov for updates. 02/26/2026 - Update RFP due date to 03/19/2026. Proposals shall be sent no later than 10:00am. The amendment will be posted next week. 03/10/2026 - Please review the attached site visit document for the updated meeting point and detailed instructions. An updated map is also included to assist first-time visitors with navigating the area. The Government will issue Amendment 1 within the next few days. In the meantime, contractors are requested to withhold submitting their proposals until Amendment 1 and the RFI responses have been posted. DOD Safe won't be any longer available to receive proposals. Proposals shall be sumitted after the Government post amendment 1 to usarmy.apg.acc.mbx.facilities-construction-proposals@army.mil. 03/11/2026 - Instructions sent to attendants contractors for the site visit by the email. 04/16/2026 � The Government is currently finalizing updates to the amendment. Once completed, the amendment will be posted accordingly. If deemed necessary, the Government may also extend the forecasted RFP timeline to reflect these updates. 04/22/2026 � The Government is currently completing the final review prior to posting the amendment. Once finalized, the amendment will be posted accordingly. If necessary, the Government may also extend the anticipated RFP timeline to accommodate these updates. Attached is the list of site visit attendees. 04/28/2026 - The Government has determined that it is in its best interest to cancel this solicitation to further refine the technical requirements and fully address the volume of industry inquiries received. This will ensure a fair and competitive environment for all participants. The Government anticipates re-issuing this solicitation under a new or amended number in the future.
