Description
The purpose of this notice is to inform industry and potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation to provide Legal Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) on behalf of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). As part of this notice, the Government would like to share draft materials that are anticipated to be utilized with the upcoming solicitation to assist industry with planning and responding to a future solicitation under an expedited schedule. However, it is cautioned that the materials included with this notice are -draft only- and subject to change prior to the release of the solicitation. Questions, technical in nature and related to the performance of the work requirements described in the draft, that will further a potential offeror�s understanding of the requirements contained are welcomed, encouraged and will be accepted immediately following the release of a final solicitation. The Government anticipates that FAR Parts 12 and 15 will be utilized in the released solicitation. While subject to change, at this time, the anticipated release date of a finalized solicitation is November 24th, 2025, with an anticipated response date of December 8th, 2025. Included with this notice, in draft format only, are: A Draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Draft Sample Pricing Worksheet. The Government�s anticipated Evaluation Factors. PROPOSALS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE EVALUATED
