Description

Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is soliciting proposals providing Demolition of Sites 50 and 55 as defined in the Scope of Work. The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the Demolition of Sites 50 and 55 and all exhibits. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits. A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 09:30 AM, Central Daylight Time, January 28, 2026. Participants should meet Brett Buzzelli at the entrance to the Fermilab Welcome and Access Center (FWAC) before being escorted to Demolition of Sites 50 and 55 project site. For Access to the National Lab, all subcontractors are required to submit their information at least 5 days prior to the date of the site visit for approval. See RFP for detailed information. ***For the Site visit, you are required to wear a Hard Hat and Steel Toe boots or the equivalent due to the condition of the houses that are being demolished. Please review the requirements of the solicitation. Questions Close on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 5:00 pm CST. All questions must be submitted in writing to ginakern@fnal.gov. The Request for Proposal (RFP) CLOSES on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 3:00 pm CST. Please email your propoals with all required documents to ginakern@fnal.gov.
