Description
This is a Special Notice only. This notice is issued solely to provide interested vendors with information regarding the anticipated Reagan Test Range (RTR) Operations, Sustainment, Improvement, and Engineering (ROSIE) Follow-On requirement. This notice is not a Solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI), or a request for capability statements. The anticipated requirement has not been approved for solicitation at this time. This notice is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by the U.S. Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. No responses are requested or required under this Special Notice. Acquisition Planning Based on current market research, the Government's recommended acquisition strategy is to solicit the anticipated requirement through the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract vehicle under Special Item Number (SIN) 60513, OASIS+ Unrestricted (UR) � NAICS 541715 Exception 3 - Enterprise Solutions. This acquisition strategy remains subject to final Government approvals and may change prior to the release of any solicitation. Should the requirement be approved, the Government anticipates posting all future acquisition information through the applicable GSA OASIS+ ordering platform. Interested vendors should monitor OASIS+ for future notices and solicitation information related to this requirement. Industry Engagement The Government appreciates the valuable feedback received from industry in response to the previous ROSIE Request for Information (RFI). Industry participation has been instrumental in refining the acquisition strategy and remains an important factor in the development of the final ROSIE requirement. Any information voluntarily submitted to the Government in response to this notice will not be returned. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information submitted or compensate respondents for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting information in response to this notice. Respondents shall not submit proprietary, source-selection sensitive, competition-sensitive, or classified information. The Government shall not be liable for, nor incur any consequential damages resulting from, the submission of improperly identified proprietary information. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, award a contract, or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this notice. Should the OASIS+ acquisition strategy be approved, additional information, will be provided through the appropriate GSA OASIS+ acquisition Channels.
