Description
Purpose Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) and Army Sustainment Command (ASC) anticipate hosting an Industry Engagement from 26 January 2026 � 28 January 2026 to discuss an array of topics to include the current/future state of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) contract vehicle and program, modernization, and LOGCAP VI planning efforts. The event will include a general session and 1-on-1 vendor breakout sessions. The event will be held in-person at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North. A specific agenda will be forthcoming closer to the event. The USG is limiting attendance to up to four participants from each company for both the general session and the 1-on-1 sessions. The general session will take place with all registered companies and individuals on the morning of 26 January 2026. The 1-on-1 sessions will be held in the afternoon (following the general session) of 26 January 2026 and scheduled throughout the day on both 27 and 28 January 2026. The intent for the 1-on-1 sessions is to advance the LOGCAP VI pre-award effort and obtain additional information that may influence the Army�s acquisition strategy and/or evaluation methodology/criteria. All information provided to the USG by Industry during the 1-on-1 sessions will remain proprietary. The USG does not intend to answer questions during the 1-on-1 sessions; however, if the USG does answer any questions, all questions and answers will be provided publicly with the company name remaining anonymous. Registration Instructions: Respondents should submit their registration with the following information: Name of company, company cage code, Unique Entity Identifier, address, primary point(s) of contact with telephone number and email address Is your business classified as large or small under SBA size standards for NAICS 561210? If small, please specify all applicable categories (e.g., SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.). Registration in the System for Award management (SAM)? Yes or No On the Excluded Party List? Yes or No. If yes, your company will not be eligible for a 1-on-1 session. Is your company interested in attending the Industry Engagement general session? Is your company interested in scheduling a 1-on-1? If yes to 6, provide the names and email addresses of the four 1-on-1 session attendees All registrations must be submitted no later than 09 January 2026 at 11:59PM Central Time. All costs associated with this Sources Sought/RFI and the upcoming Industry Event are the sole responsibility of the attendee/vendor. All information submitted will be held in confidential status.
