Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District plans to procure an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order (SATOC) contract for Chelated Copper Algaecide for the Washington Aqueduct Division (WAD) in Washington, D.C. The Washington Aqueduct supplies potable water to approximately one million people in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia. As part of the water treatment and supply system, the Washington Aqueduct maintains and operates the Dalecarlia and McMillan Water Treatment Plants (WTPs),This will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 325180, employee size standard of 1000. The project has an anticipated performance period of three (3) years. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI) number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM . Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the following location:The Government is exploring the use of a reverse auction as a procurement method for acquiring this product The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Tuesday, 11 March 2026, to all authenticated account holders at Unison Marketplace. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, but unclassified documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in SAM.gov system to access package.
