THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL POSTED ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 26, 2026. 554-26-105 Replace Damaged Windows C36C25926R0028 The Contractor/Vendor will Replace Damaged Windows located at 1700 N Wheeling St, Aurora, CO 80045� . The Department of Veteran s Affairs has a requirement to repair multiple damaged windows and glass doors on the Rockey Mountain Regional VA Medical Center campus located at 1700 N. Wheeling St., Aurora CO 80045. Contract encompasses all materials and work necessary to repair/replace the specified windows as indicated below. Provide repair/replacement, in-kind, for the windows and doors listed within this scope. Contractor shall note that replacements are being conducted in an operational healthcare facility, and coordination of work will be required to minimize disruption. Contract shall include repair of all 20 windows and 4 doors listed in the attached Appendix A. Contractor shall validate window types/properties with COR prior to ordering. Contract shall include all necessary work required to accomplish replacement/repair. It is presumed that all building envelope repairs can be conducted primarily from the exterior: if this is not the case, additional ICRA measures may be required. Any temporary movement/removal/reinstallation of interior or exterior features needed in order to execute the window and door repairs is included. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 M. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Elia Ruiz Manzo.
