THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP) or promise to use a future RFQ or RFP. This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms, certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products. This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. The 60th MXS requires a 500-gallon Liquid Oxygen (LOX) trailer. This trailer has a myriad of purposes, including but not limited to: Serving aircraft LOX converters, Next-Gen Patient Therapeutic LOX Converters, and 50-gallon LOX carts. Moreover, it greatly increases servicing capability while deployed in austere locations due to its mobility (e.g. When the C-17s staged out of Panama in Nov 2024, they took two pre-filled 50-gallon LOX carts and had to received new carts through the duration of the deployment due to lack of servicing capability). Without this asset, logistics will continue to be affected due to prioritizing locations with servicing capability. This is a Brand name request. Respondents are requested to provide the following information to the listed Points of Contact: 1. Business name (official and 'doing business as') 2. Representative name and their contact information (email preferred) 3. Cage code/UEI number Any questions regarding this Sources Sought shall be submitted in addition to the information above.
