Description

This RFI is issued solely for information purposes, and therefore, documents received in response to this notice will not be returned, and any proprietary information contained within responses shall be clearly marked as 'Proprietary'. All submissions in response to this RFI shall become the property of the Government. Any response submitted by Respondents to this request constitutes consent for its submission to be reviewed by OCC and its employees. Respondents shall avoid the use of excessive marketing language, submission of fancy brochures, and other unnecessary sales literature. If a Respondent elects to include pricing, it is limited to two pages inclusive of any narrative(s) in response to SMLT RFI User Case for Pricing (Attachment 1). The OCC elects to respond to comments and questions resulting from Respondents' submissions of the SMLT Q&A Worksheet (Attachment 2), if it is determined that doing so would benefit the agency. Please email your questions and responses to: Danielle.Pena@occ.treas.gov by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. The email should include the following subject heading, "Responses to FY '26 OCC's SMLT RFI #2031JW26N00018".
