Description
The purpose of this Amendment 0002, to Solicitation SP4709-26-Q-0001, is to: � This amendment contains revisions (adds/changes/deletions) to the solicitation requirements. 1. On page 74 of RFQ SP4709-26-Q-0001, the following statement "Any technical questions, requests for clarification or requests for data in connection with this RFQ must be submitted in writing by November 20, 2025 at 11:55 P.M. Eastern Standard Time to allow DLA adequate time to provide correct answers to the questions submitted and to prevent any delays in the closing date of the RFQ.", November 20, 2025 at 11:55 P.M. is now changed to November 14, 2025 at 11:55 P.M. Refer to SP470926Q0001_REV.pdf as most updated document. 2. In a forthcoming amendment, there will be answers to all remaining potential offeror questions estimated to be on November 17, 2025. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged. This Request for Quote encompasses the maintenance of DLA Information Operations for the Energy Procurement Support Tool, Inventory Accountability Web Tool, and FASTracker. These systems operate in development and production instances hosted in government or commercial cloud environments.
