This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will be issued. Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 41966Q260000004 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses.
