Description
On February 16, 2026, Amendment 3 issued to Add Exhibit P, Tax Exempt Certificate for FFDG, and to Add Exhiobit Q, Form CRT-61 Certificate for Resale,a nd to provide responses to questions from prospective offerors. On February 11, 2026, Amendment 2 issued to provide responses to questions from prospective offerors, and to extend the due date. Please see atatched file for more information. On February 5, 2026, Amendment 1 issued to provide responses to questions from prospective offerors. Please see atatched file or more information. The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the Wilson Hall Facade Repairs and Restoration included as Exhibit A and the Wilson Hall Facade Repairs and Restoration Drawing Set included as Exhibit B. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work, and the detailed description contained herein. The requirements for repair and restoration of the Wilson Hall facade are segregated into three phases: Phase 1 includes restoration and repair of the East Elevation of Wilson Hall, Phase 2 includes restoration and repair of the North and South Elevations of Wilson Hall, and Phase 3 includes restoration and repair of the West Elevation of Wilson Hall. FFDG expects to award a contract that includes completion of Phase 1 in 2026. Phases 2 & 3 will be identified as unilateral options. Those options may be exercised at FFDG�s discretion in 2027, 2028, 2029 and/or 2030 based on FFDG�s determination of need and the availability of funding. It is FFDG�s expectation that each phase will be completed within 180 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). A separate NTP will be issued for each phase.
