Description
This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Laboratory Courier services for the Buffalo VA Medical Center, located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business set-aside and is expected to be posted to SAM.gov on or around 04/08/2026.
