Description

Please note that this is not a request for proposal nor a request for quote as there is no solicitation document available. Therefore, this is a notice of intent issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs to negotiate a limited source modification with Colossal Contracting LLC IAW FAR 52.212-4, Changes Fixed Price. The VA intends to negotiate an out of Scope Modification with verified SDVOSB Colossal Contracting LLC. ). This modification is to remove Building 101 Wards 7 & 8 and move those already purchased parts towards Buildings 130 & 131. Building 101 Wards 7 & 8 was closed and all patients moved. Per hospital supervision both wards will not be reopening. The Government will not be responsible for paying for any of the costs incurred and associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice. Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334290 (Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing).
