Amendment A00001- The purpose of amendment A0001 is to extend the due date for final quotes. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is extended to May 7, 2026 at 10:00am EST.No late submissions will be accepted. Another amendment is forthcoming, which will address questions from prospective offerors and to make changes to the solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-26-OE-0009 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This will be solicited under NAICS Code 541930 � Translation and Interpretation Services The is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Translation and Interpretation Services for IDEC 2026 in Buenos Aires, Argentina . Please see the instructions to offeror and statement of work attached for more details regarding this requirement. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Offerors must have active SAM .gov account at the time of proposal submission and contract award. Any questions must be submitted in writing via email to Naomi Collier at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov no later than 4/23/2026 at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be accepted or considered. Final quotes must be submitted via email by 4/30/2026 at 10:00am EST. Quotes must include pricing and responses to evaluation factors. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
