Description
This Sources Sought Notice is being issued for market research purposes. The intent is to identify potential contractors possessing the capabilities and interest to provide a short-term lease of temporary clamshell hangars to support F-15 aircraft operations. The contractor shall provide all equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to deliver, install, and remove the temporary structures. The minimum operational requirements are detailed below: Primary Structure: Temporary clamshell hangars appropriately sized to house F-15 aircraft. Amenities: basic operational amenities: interior lighting, environmental control units (heating/cooling), and standard electrical fittings. Lease Duration: Approximately two (2) months. Logistics Support: Contractor is responsible for complete on-site setup/installation and teardown/removal upon lease completion. The Government welcomes and encourages the submission of alternative sheltering solutions. Any proposed alternative must meet the necessary footprint and environmental requirements to safely house and maintain F-15 aircraft. Interested parties are requested to submit a Capability Statement. Responses should clearly outline the vendor's technical capability to meet the requirements and equipment availability.
