Description
This is a Draft RFP for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization (FARM) III contract. The Government is soliciting feedback from industry partners to refine and clarify the Final RFP. Your comments are requested on the clarity of the tasks, the evaluation criteria, and the completeness of the proposal preparation instructions. This feedback will be instrumental in creating a fair and competitive environment for the final solicitation. A virtual conference will be held on 6 March 2026. To receive the call-in information, please respond to the Points of Contact (POCs) for this notice no later than 2:00 PM Central Time on 4 March 2026.
