Description
Amendment 0001:This update provides responses to industry questions, incorporates Technical Exhibit 6 (Government-Furnished Property), and corrects the Ordering Period date within the Pricing Matrix. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written notice will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0426RA004 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for USAREC Behavioral Health Services. This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for Behavioral Health Consultants Support at the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, Fort Knox, KY. The estimated Ordering Period is 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2031. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621330 with a size standard of $9,000,000. See attached SF1449 for additional details and instructions to include:(1)A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable).(2)Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions.(3)Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point.(4)A list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition.(5)A list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition.
