Description
Amendment 0005 to add Questions and Answers, Attachment 18_ECS-000 - Construction Plans - Specifications and As-built Record Drawings, Attachment 19_BDA-Aviation-II-As-Built-Drawings-vol-1, and update PWS Paragraph 5.3.1 from (5.3.1. The BRK facilities, 1-25 are two story structures that are approximately 28-7 in height and approximately 97-4 in width, with metal siding and roofing panels. There is an attached pressure-treated deck providing entrance to the first level, which contains a laundry room, two kitchenettes, two bathrooms, six bedrooms, stairwell and a concrete slab on grade mechanical room with exterior access only. The second level mirrors the first with the only exception being there is interior access to the mechanical room. Each level is approximately 3,168 sq ft.
