Description
The KTR shall provide all software, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform continued product support of Army Vantage as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Army requires a tailorable data integration solution that integrates, analyzes, and visualizes information from multiple disparate data sources. The solution will make data available for use either using the tools available in the KTRs product or made available to the Governments third-party tools and other data platforms. If the KTRs tools are used, they will present information in a way that is immediately understandable and actionable for an everyday end-user enabling baseline existing operational workflows and applications. The solution must integrate both current, future, and historical structured/unstructured datasets, and if not done by users using Government tools external to the platform, perform predictive analytics, and provide forecasting. The product(s) must be commercially available without custom code for the Army.
