Description

Amendment 0001 to the solicitation has been issued. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all SF-30s, acknowledging each amendment, and including all signed SF-30s in Volume 1 - Price Quotation. The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the establishment of a single?award firm?fixed?price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the integrated planning and execution of U.S. 250th Anniversary ("Freedom 250") public events and outreach activities in South Korea, in support of U.S. Embassy Seoul. All interested and responsible offerors are invited to submit offers in strict accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions contained in the attached solicitation documents. IMPORTANT: Offerors must ensure full compliance with all stated requirements, and submission guidelines. Questions & offers must be received by the specified due date and time indicated in the solicitation. Late submissions will not be considered. Failure to comply with solicitation requirements may result in offer rejection. For questions or clarifications, please follow the procedures outlined in the solicitation documents.
