Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), International Trade Administration (ITA), SelectUSA Program, intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Chmura Economics & Analytics, LLC pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and consistent with FAR 12.102 for a commercial subscription to the JobsEQ Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The Government requires a comprehensive labor market and economic analytics platform to support foreign direct investment (FDI) research and investment attraction activities. The platform must provide current and historical labor market data, demographic and industry analytics, customizable regional datasets (including ZIP-code level analysis), and advanced analytical tools such as economic impact modeling and what-if forecasting, with exportable reports, datasets, and visualizations. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period with three one-year option periods. Chmura Economics & Analytics, LLC is the only responsible source capable of meeting this requirement. JobsEQ is a proprietary, fully integrated platform that combines public, licensed, and proprietary datasets and provides unique analytical capabilities not available in a comparable single solution. The Government will only consider solutions that provide a single, natively integrated platform with equivalent data, functionality, and analytical capability; solutions relying on third-party aggregation, reseller arrangements, or multiple tools will not be considered. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. Any responsible source that believes it can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement within 10 calendar days to: Contract Specialist, Alicia Brister, at abrister@doc.gov. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding.
