Description

The United States Senate Sergeant at Arms is soliciting quotes from FEDLINK Electronic Resources vendors for an Information Technology (IT) research subscription in accordance with the Library of Congress Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK) Electronic Resources multiple award IDIQ. Vendors eligible to respond must be authorized as FEDLINK Electronic Resources providers with the Library of Congress Federal Library and Information Network. Proposals must be received at the U.S. Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms via email to Holly_McDonald@saa.senate.gov, by 12:00 Noon ET on **Tuesday May 5, 2026.
