THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26125Q0798 on October 27, 2025, for the services necessary to perform air filter replacement of HVAC Air Handling Units (AHU) on 96 Air Handling Units at VA Palo Alto Campus located at 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94303. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, and Product Service Code (PSC) is J041. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement and is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside. All RFQ details shall be included in the solicitation.
