Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to issue Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26125Q0798 on October 27, 2025, for the services necessary to perform air filter replacement of HVAC Air Handling Units (AHU) on 96 Air Handling Units at VA Palo Alto Campus located at 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94303. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, and Product Service Code (PSC) is J041. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement and is a 100% SDVOSB Set-Aside. All RFQ details shall be included in the solicitation. All amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/home. Interested firms are reminded that, in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR Part 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database. In addition, all contractors that claim Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) status shall be verified in DSBS at https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ at time of submission of offer as well as at time of award.
