Description

This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Manila, Philippines, will release a solicitation for the Design, Fabrication and Installation of Flood Barrier for US Embassy Manila. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in early June 2026. The quotation due date will be set forth in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract/purchase order based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/purchase order will be firm fixed price. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of offers. If you are not already registered, please start the registration process as soon as see this notice. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size should exceed the 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each
