To secure the services of a qualified local legal firm to represent the U.S. Embassy in Muscat in the process of identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land for the New Embassy Compound (NEC) project. ?Ensure compliance with Omani laws and regulations ?Conduct due diligence ?Draft and review contracts, ?Represent the Embassy in negotiations and interactions with relevant authorities, facilitating all necessary legal procedures related to the land acquisition process
