Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-26-R-A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Industrial Hygiene Surveys across 19 MSARNG Air and Ground Maintenance Facilities for a Base Year period with four (4) each Option Year periods. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside under NAICS 541620 with a size standard of $19M. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Industrial Hygiene Survey Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please see attached for full synopsis solicitation details. Deadline for receipt of your proposal is established for no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), Tuesday, June 30, 2026. All questions concerning this requirement must be submitted by Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT. Questions will be answered via an amendment to this solicitation.
