Technical Approach, to read �The technical approach should not simply rephrase or restate the Government�s requirements but, rather, shall provide convincing rationale to explain how the Offeror intends to meet those requirements within the shipboard dates.� ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HIRMC-501-26. The tentative start date is 05 December 2025 with a delivery date of 05 June 2026. Work is to be performed at PHNSY & IMF. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-26-Q-0006. Proposals will be due on 20 November 2025 at 0700 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, DFARS (10/01/2025), and NMCARS 18-22. This requirement is a full and open competition, there is no set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service code is J020 - Maintenance, Repair, Rebuild of Equipment � Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding to the forthcoming solicitation must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov by the award date. Proposal Due Date: On or before Thursday, 20 November 2025 at 0700 HST. Offerors shall submit their proposals via email to the listed POCs. Please note the following for N32253-26-Q-0006: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 (page 52-53 of RFQ) provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 (page 56 of RFQ) provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated.
