The Department of Veteran Affairs is pleased to announce an upcoming in-person Industry Day for the Transition Assistance Program. The purpose of this event is to provide industry partners with information regarding the program, gather feedback, and foster open communication between the government and industry. Event Details: Date: 28 January 2026 Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm EST Format: In-Person, Briefing with Q&A from 10-12am, Reverse Industry Day from 1-4pm Registration Due Date: 23 January 2026 at 4pm Location: Briefing (morning): Veterans Administration Acquisition Academy 7485 New Horizon Way Frederick, MD 21073 Reverse Industry Day (afternoon): Strategic Acquisition Center � Frederick Office 5202 Presidents Court Frederick, MD 21703 Who Should Attend: All interested active General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Management & Advisory (M&A) unrestricted domain contract holders. Attendance at this event is not mandatory however pre-approval is required to attend the event. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees. Additionally, vendors may sign up for a 10-minute reverse industry day briefing slot in the afternoon. Registration Instructions: Interested parties must register by completing the attached form and emailing it to the following personnel: Rebecca.ubert@va.gov; Roxana.cepeda@va.gov; Sandra.addae@va.gov. Attendance at this event is not mandatory. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees. Failure to provide OASIS+ Contract number on registration may lead to denial of industry day invitation. A limited number of reverse industry day slots are available for the afternoon. Please indicate your interest in a reverse industry day slot on your registration. These slots first come first serve. Please note that by completing this form you are not guaranteed a seat at the event. **Registration will close on 23 January 2026 at 4pm, or when max capacity (90 attendees) is reached, whichever comes first.** An email confirmation will be sent on 26 January 2026 with arrival instructions. Please do not plan to arrive before 9 am.
