The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B40626Q00000001 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Garage Floor Repairs at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) located in Florence, Colorado. The Federal Correctional Complex Located at 5880 State Highway 67, Florence Colorado 81226 is seeking a competently qualified contractor to repair/fill the voids to the slabs at the Garage, Maintenance shop, Powerhouse and an exterior slab just outside the garage bays. The approximately square footage of the work required is 11,300 sq ft. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to repair/fill the voids to the slabs at the Garage, Maintenance shop, Powerhouse and an exterior slab just outside the garage bays. Any secured/locked documents with the solicitation will require an active vendor registration at https://SAM.gov as well as your Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) associated with your System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $100,000 and $250,000. (NOTE: This range is one of eight available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238190 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million. The solicitation will be available approximately December 5, 2025. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the SAM database at https://SAM.gov.
