Title- Renewal of Instant Technologies Team Sessions Software Support The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for one (1) year of Support and Maintenance of Instant Technologies Team Sessions renewals. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Instant Technologies under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) due to soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS Code is 541511 and the Business Size Standard is Large. This procurement is for one (1) each INSTANT TECHNOLOGIES Part Number: ITSV3 Description: 1 Year Support and Maintenance for Team Sessions Part #ITSV3 (includes support up to Sametime 11) - TOTAL PERFORMANCE PERIOD MARCH 1, 2026 TO FEB 28, 2027; 5 Centrix Enclaves of Team Sessions V3 PChat; 1 ICI Enclave of Team Sessions V3 PChat; 1 NCE Enclave of Team Sessions V3 PChat; Team Sessions Plug In. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the SAM.gov website by 1400/2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 12/17/2025.
