Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to issue Solicitation 36C25226Q0155 for Medical Physicist services at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI; Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center located in Iron Mountain, MI; Milo C. Huempfner Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Green Bay, WI; and John H. Bradley Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Appleton, WI. The contractor shall provide all services for X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, Computerized Tomography (CT), and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment. The contractor shall make these Medical Physicist services available to the VA as needed. The VA intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order that will include a base year and four (4) option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990. This procurement is set aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127.
