Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12. This solicitation is issued as A SDVOSB set-aside, the associated NAICS code is 811310 and small business size $12.5M. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Puget Sound VA Medical Center requires Annual Generator Maintenance Services. offerors may submit questions regarding this requirement on or before 01/22/2026 at 14:00. Questions will be accepted by email only. See RFQ Amendment 0002. The first site visit will be conducted for this requirement on 01/16/2026 at the Seattle Campus from 08:00 a.m. PST to 11:00 a.m. and 13:00 PST to 15:00 PST at the American Lake Campus. See Attachment Site Visit Instructions for advanced scheduling notice required. A second visit will be conducted for this requirement on 01/20/2026 at the Seattle Campus from 08:00 a.m. PST to 11:00 a.m. and 13:00 PST to 15:00 PST at the American Lake Campus. See Attachment Site Visit Instructions 01.20.2026 for advanced scheduling notice required. SDVOSB firms must have a 2025 Federal Contractor Report VETS-4212 filed with the Department of Labor. Offerors must be registered and a certified SDVOSB in the SBA DSBS database at time of offer and award to be considered eligible.
