DATE 7/9/2026 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote submission deadline, provide responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), and add new attachments to the solicitation. The new quote due date and time is July 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM (PD). See attachments for additional information. DATE 6/16/2026 The purpose of Amendment A00001 is to formally extend the deadline for the submission of quotes. The orginal due date of Jule 18,2026, has been revised. The new deadline for the receipt of all quote submissions is July 10, 2026, at 11:00AM Pacific Time. ---------------------------------------------------------- Acquisition Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAW26Q0035 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for CNF Road Maintenance 2026 at Cleveland National Forest, California. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237310 � Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The document titled "Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions" encompasses details pertaining to applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. IMPORTANT NOTES: Please refer to the "Quote Submission Requirements" section on page 23 of the solicitation for detailed instructions on submitting your quote, including all required documents and information. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer no later than June 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time. An organized site visit will not held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award.
