PROJECT TITLE: A&E MICROGRID TYPE C SERVICES PROJECT LOCATION: SPRINGFIELD OHANGB NAICS: 541330 SIZE STANDARD: $25,500,000.00 SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT (SEE JUSTIFICATION ATTACHED) EMAIL PROPOSAL TO SETH.TAYLOR.8@US.AF.MIL FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. CURRENTLY, THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO BUT NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT 30 SEP 2026. THIS ACTION HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON THE NATIONAL GUARD PRIORITY LIST FOR AWARD IF FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE AND THE PRICES RECEIVED ARE WITHIN AN AWARDABLE RANGE. The objective is to provide Type C A-E services in accordance with ANGETL 24-02, Air National Guard Design Objectives and Procedures, for project WAAR209001 Install Base Microgrid. The tasks required in Type C services include, but are not limited to: Provide responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries, Pre-Bid Inquiries, and Requests for Information from the construction contractor. Address change orders by providing updated proposed change sheets, cost estimates, drawings, and specifications. Provide record drawings and commissioning report(s) upon completion of construction. Perform construction inspections as required to effectively provide services.
