Description
Amendment 0001:The purpose of this amendment is to add an updated EAL Doccument due to the orignial not being accessible. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall procure and provide two new cooling tower fan motors, including any associated hardware kits for motor connection at Tower #1 & 3. The motor wiring for Tower #1 and its motor cooling fan shall also be replaced APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Offerors shall be required to return the attached solicitation, signed, and filled in appropriately, along with any additional information required to be submitted by FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation� Commercial Items Addendum and any additional fill-in provisions. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME A site visit will be scheduled for 10 March 2026 at 09:00 AM CST. All prospective offerers that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit a completed EAL to A1C Hunter Hendrix at hunter.hendrix.1@us.af.mil no later than 6 March 2026 at 11:00 AM CST. Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed. Questions for solicitation are due by 12 March 2026 at 11:00 AM CST. Answers to all questions will be posted on SAM.gov on 16 March 11:00 AM CST.
