The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Yazoo City, MS is hereby issuing solicitation FCC YAZOO CITY - Q3 FY26 - Subsistence & Religious Diet for the acquisition of various food items for delivery to the Federal Correctional Institute, Yazoo City, MS. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB Destination, full delivery must be completed by April 20th, 2026, unless deliveries is scheduled for weekly (i.e. bread, milk). The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. "Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the specifications and terms included herein". "The Government reserves the right to accept other than the lowest priced offer". Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please include shipping in all pricing. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments and awards, will be distributed through Sam.gov.
