Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-26-OE-0009 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This will be solicited under NAICS Code 541930 � Translation and Interpretation Services The is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Translation and Interpretation Services for IDEC 2026 in Buenos Aires, Argentina . Please see the instructions to offeror and statement of work attached for more details regarding this requirement. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. Offerors must have active SAM .gov account at the time of proposal submission and contract award. Any questions must be submitted in writing via email to Naomi Collier at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov no later than 4/23/2026 at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be accepted or considered. Final quotes must be submitted via email by 4/30/2026 at 10:00am EST. Quotes must include pricing and responses to evaluation factors. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
