Description
Solicitation No. 36C26126R0041, Project No. 593-26-103, Renovate Education Building Training Hub at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; Small Business Size Standard: $45M. This is a firm-fixed price construction requirement. Offeror shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, profit to renovate education building training hub at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare in accordance with SOW, specifications, and drawings. Place of Performance: 6900 North Pecos Road, N. Las Vegas, NV 89086 Period of performance: 120 calendar days This requirement is a total SDVOSB set-aside. The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price construction contract without conducting discussion with offerors; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions later determined to be in the best interest of the Government. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; and waive informalities and/or minor irregularities in offers received. All offerors must have current registration eligible SDVOSB prior to RFP evaluation and prior to award. An award will be made to the offeror with the lowest priced proposal that is responsive to the terms of the RFP. The Government will consider only price as the proposal selection criteria for the contract award. One (1) firm-fixed price construction will be awarded to a qualified SDVOSB offeror with the lowest priced proposal as a response to this solicitation. An offer guarantee is required in the form of a bid bond, which may be submitted electronically by the proposal due date/time to the Contracting Officer, Daniel Jhun by email at daniel.jhun@va.gov. Note: Performance and Payment bonds will be required by the successful offeror within ten (10) days of notice of award. Questions and /or request for information (RFI) must be submitted using the RFI form attachment and are due no later (NLT) May 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT to the Contracting Officer, Daniel Jhun, by email at daniel.jhun@va.gov A pre-proposal site visit has been schedule for Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM. PDT. The meeting will take place at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, in Building 6 (Administration Building), Room 1H112, Engineering Conference Room.
